Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle assigned orders from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Review buyer orders, tech packs, specifications, order sheets, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers/buying houses regarding order status, approvals, and requirements.
- Coordinate development of proto, fit, size set, PP and other required samples.
- Follow up with sample, pattern, CAD, technical, and production teams for timely sample submission.
- Support preparation and review of product costing.
- Coordinate with sourcing and production teams regarding fabric, trims, accessories, CM, washing, printing, embroidery, and other cost components.
- Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans for assigned orders.
- Monitor critical milestones such as order confirmation, fabric booking, trims booking, lab-dip approval, sample approval, PP meeting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, and shipment.
- Coordinate with fabric, dyeing, sourcing, and accessories teams for timely availability of materials.
- Follow up on fabric booking, production, dyeing, finishing, and delivery.
- Ensure trims and accessories are available according to approved specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with production, planning, IE and quality teams to monitor order execution.
- Follow up on cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and production progress.
- Coordinate with Quality and Technical teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements.
- Follow up on quality issues identified during sample and bulk production.
- Monitor shipment plans and ensure orders are ready within the agreed timeline.
- Coordinate with commercial, logistics, production, and warehouse teams for shipment execution.
- Update order information and relevant activities in the company`s ERP/system.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, IE, Sourcing, Fabric, Dyeing, Commercial, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Arrange and participate in meetings related to order execution.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 years
