Job Description / Responsibility

Strong knowledge of IE tools, SMV, and capacity planning
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and reporting ability
Proficient in MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Lead all Industrial Engineering & Production Planning activities for sweater operations
Conduct time & motion study and SMV analysis
Capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower optimization
Prepare production plans, targets, and delivery schedules
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost control
Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management
Coordinate with Production, HR, Merchandising, and Quality teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sweater manufacturing processes

Educational Requirements

Master of Arts (MA)
Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
