Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
Royal Weaving and Coating Industry Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update company data accurately in Excel, ERP systems, or other databases.
Verify and review data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
Maintain employee, production, inventory, and administrative records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Correct data errors and ensure records remain up to date.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer
Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
HSC
