Job Description / Responsibility

Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments and equipment.
Properly set up, calibrate, maintain, operate, and shut down such instruments.
Collect, receive, label, and sort samples (blood, urine, etc.).
Design and execute laboratory work and sample preparation according to standard procedure.
Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify or reject various types of samples using scientific laboratory methods.
Organize and store all chemicals, liquids, and compressed gases in accordance with safety instructions.
Accurately and responsibly record all data and results on the provided forms and submit them to the authorized consultant.
Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
Ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times and that the workspace remains clean and organized.
Continuously research laboratory-related information to stay updated with best practices.
Train and orient new medical technologists in test performance and interpretation.
Ensure laboratory testing is accurate, timely, and meets patient/customer needs.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Medical Technology in Laboratory Medicine
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Medical Equipment

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 45 years
Only Male
Experience Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience in Hematology laboratory field.
Freshers with strong academic background may also apply.
Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced diagnostic center environment.
