Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have strong writing and storytelling skills, excellent command of English and/or Bangla, and the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
Write engaging and original content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
Develop SEO-friendly articles, blogs, landing-page content, and website copy.
Create compelling headlines, captions, taglines, and promotional copy.
Adapt content according to different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives.
Develop creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Write short-form content, campaign messages, reels/video scripts, and social media captions.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to develop complete content campaigns.
Apply basic SEO principles, including keyword research, search intent, headings, metadata, and internal linking.
Optimize existing content for better visibility and engagement.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to research, brainstorm, structure, and improve content.
Fact-check and humanize AI-assisted content before publication.
Explore innovative AI-based approaches to improve content quality and productivity.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of English; Bangla writing ability will be an advantage.
Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
Experience with AI content and productivity tools is preferred.
