Job Description / Responsibility

Work closely with different departments to understand overall garment manufacturing operations.
Assist in day-to-day production & design or other assigned functions.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Support supervisors and managers in achieving departmental targets.
Participate in training programs and departmental rotations as assigned.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, discipline, and professional behaviour.
Willingness to work in a factory/production environment.
