Job context:
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing and Web Development agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, looking for motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Junior Executives to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build practical skills and start a career in the digital industry. You will work alongside experienced team members on real projects while developing your skills in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, WordPress, and Web Development.
Position Details
Position: Trainee Junior Executive
Vacancies: 6
Location: Adabor Dhaka, Bangladesh
Work Schedule
This position follows a weekly rotational shift system. Employees may be assigned to Day, Evening, or Night shifts based on the company roster.
Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Important: Applicants must be willing and able to work all three shifts as assigned.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 30 years
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply

Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, WordPress, HTML/CSS, or Web Development is a plus
