Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary:
- We are looking for potential candidates for the position of GPQ-Certified (Buyer- NEXT) who has knowledge, skills, experience to work with NEXT brand and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. - Job Description / Responsibility:
- Arrange PP meeting with NEXT brand’s buyer QC and do necessary task of PP meeting.
- Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
- Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and deliver in right time to the buyer.
- Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
- Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
- Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to related section.
- Ensure end product quality before buyer final quality inspection.
- Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer.
- Ensure everything of QC file and sample in bulk garments.
- Taking sample approval from buying house.
- Work with the buyer in QC at the time of final inspection.
- Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
- GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
- Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Experience:
- 4–8+ years of experience in GPQ, Quality Assurance or Garment Quality in a woven garment manufacturing factory.
- Hands-on experience with NEXT Brand’s quality standards is mandatory.
- Experience working with other international buyers (e.g., M&S, Tesco, Primark, Walmart, Lidl, C&A, Inditex, PVH) will be an added advantage.
- Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 40 years.
- Only Male.
- Strong understanding of buyer quality standards, AQL, packing requirements, and export shipment procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
