Job Description / Responsibility

Assess children`s fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic intervention plans (ITP).
Manage self-harming tendencies and sensory meltdowns using safe, non-violent sensory de-escalation techniques.
Help children improve emotional regulation, focus, and body coordination.
Maintain daily progress tracking charts and regularly consult with parents and the clinical team

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) from a recognized institute or university.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Female
Job Commitment: Minimum 3 Years continuous service commitment is required.
Minimum 5 Years of practical experience in working with children with Special Needs / Autism.
Must have proven experience and strong capacity to handle children exhibiting self-harming / self-injurious behaviors (SIBs) and severe sensory overload with extreme care, calm attitude, and patience.
