Job Description / Responsibility
- Perform any electrical troubleshooting and problem solving of garments accessories related machines or Responsible to supervise & monitor all breakdowns of machinery & equipment in respective area.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment including lighting, motors, generators, controls and wiring.
- Perform electrical load calculation, single line diagram, electrical layout design, LPS etc.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and problem solving of Inverter, PLC, circuit card, UPS, electrical panel board etc. electronics devices.
- Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained with electrical standard.
- Prepare & submit store requisition and collect essential spares for respective machines.
- Keeping necessary data in the logbook, Daily Work Register, Daily Reports Submission & report to Section Head or Department Head.
- Responsible to supervise & monitor the preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment as per schedule.
- Training, supervision & control of all electrical staffs.
- Root cause analysis of a problem to minimise breakdown time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Must have sound knowledge on trouble shooting of Dyeing, Packaging, garments accessories machineries experience and all types of electrical connections.
- Must have sound knowledge about repairing of Inverter, Circuit Card, etc. electronics hardware.
- Service experience in all Machine Controlling Panel, AC-DC Motors, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Inverter, PLC, Electrical Distribution System, PFI panel etc.
- Must have sound knowledge on understanding, troubleshooting and problem solving of Inverter, PLC, Circuit Card, UPS, Electrical Panel Board, Electronics Devices etc.
- Must have sound knowledge on Industrial Electrical Wiring, making and installation of MDB board, SDB board.
- Government Electrical ABC Licensed will get preference.
