Job Description / Responsibility

Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Balance position.
Ensure to check daily accounts (cash, bank, cheque, journal, purchases)
To manage day-to-day accounting records including ERP entries
Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control
Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction
Ensure & deduction for TDS / VDS / AIT as per govt. rules.
Monthly payroll checking and posting ensure.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the management
Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost, bank charges, provision, adjustment, reversal etc.
Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
Planning and implementation of routine project visit to ensure sound cash management practice.
Maintain documentation and reporting for all civil engineering activities.
Verify work measurements and assist in preparing running bills of contractors.
Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Group of Companies, Importer, Real Estate

Age At least 22 years
