Job Description / Responsibility

Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining blown film extrusion machines in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of blown film extrusion processes, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.
