Job Description / Responsibility

Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining thermoforming machines in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of thermoforming processes, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead production activities when required.
Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.
