Job Description / Responsibility
- KRY International, one of Bangladesh's leading mobile phone and gadget retail brands, is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain cash book, ledger, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Track company expenses and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Candidates with CA (CC) or professional accounting certifications will receive preference.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce Startup, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Importer, Mobile Accessories, Mobile Industry, Retail Store, Shop/Showroom
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in Retail, Mobile Phone, Electronics, or E-commerce industry will be considered an added advantage.
- Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting applications.
- Good understanding of VAT, Tax, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
