- Khadin.com is a rapidly growing Multi-Vendor E-commerce Marketplace dedicated to empowering manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, entrepreneurs, and SMEs through a secure, scalable, and technology-driven digital commerce platform.
- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketplace Growth & Operations Manager to lead marketplace growth, seller acquisition, business operations, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Job Responsibilities
- Marketplace Growth
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies.
- Increase verified and active sellers.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Seller Acquisition & Management
- Lead seller acquisition and onboarding campaigns.
- Verify and approve quality sellers.
- Conduct seller training and orientation programs.
- Monitor seller performance and ensure marketplace quality standards.
- Operations Management
- Manage daily marketplace operations.
- Resolve seller operational issues.
- Improve product listing quality and category management.
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise Field Agents.
- Set and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Drive team productivity and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Laravel Development Team to improve platform features and user experience.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team to increase traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Collaborate with the Design Team on promotional campaigns, banners, and creative assets.
- Business Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics including:
- Seller Growth
- Active Sellers
- Product Listings
- Customer Acquisition
- Orders
- GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly business reports and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Office Location: Jahin Plaza (2nd Floor), 29 No. Mazar Road, Gabtoli, Dhaka
- Salary: BDT 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience & qualifications)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BBA/MBA/BBS/CSE or it related field
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce
