Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
To Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
Follow up on payments and ensure collection of receivables.
Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and MIS reports.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support management in business growth and market expansion initiatives.
Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university and MBA will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Should have knowledge about polyester yarn market & good relationship with customers.
Experience in handling key accounts and industrial customers will be preferred.
Should have Knowledge of Yarn, PSF, POY, DTY, FDY, DOPE DTY, ACY products.
Understanding of textile manufacturing and supply chain processes.
