Job Description / Responsibility

Location: 90/01, Motijheel, City Centre, Level -16, Dhaka.
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and ensuring pre-booking of the company’s fan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to meet sales targets, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s range of fan products to dealers, retailers, and end customers.
Take advance bookings and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand market coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market visits to assess customer needs and competitor activities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for promotional activities and smooth product delivery.
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation as per company policy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in electrical appliances or fan industry will be an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
Management and organizational skills.
