About the Company
Zaman Manufacturing Company Limited is a growing manufacturing company in Bangladesh with its own brand, Conion Fan. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and expanding our presence across the country. To strengthen and expand our nationwide sales and distribution network, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented National Sales Manager (NSM).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build, manage, and expand an effective dealer and distribution network across Bangladesh.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of regional and area sales teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Extensive travel required)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Electrical, Electronics, Home Appliances, Fan, or FMCG industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing nationwide sales and distribution networks and leading high-performing sales teams.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic sales planning and execution.
Dealer and distributor network development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Market analysis and business development expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
