About Us
Zaman Manufacturing Company Limited is a leading manufacturer of electric fan components and the proud owner of the Conion Fan brand. As we continue to expand our production, marketing, and nationwide distribution, we are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the national sales team.
Expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks across Bangladesh.
Identify new market opportunities and implement effective market penetration strategies.
Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Coordinate closely with the production, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to recommend business improvements.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Experience in the electrical appliances, fan, electronics, or FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding distribution networks.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.
