Senior Executive, Quality

Job Description / Responsibility

Perform regular floor visits to ensure proper IPQC setup and monitor line clearance across production stages.
Check on-line quality documentation, verify product standards, and ensure the accuracy of the previous day’s work.
Oversee incoming Raw Material (RM) & Packaging Material (PM) testing and verify consumption requisitions.
Conduct critical quality checks including leakage testing, ink store temperature inspection, and daily CLIT check sheet inspections of laboratory equipment.
Manage operations, including dispensing monitoring, batch preparation, bulk sampling/testing, and maintaining control sample registers.
Prepare and submit vital departmental documentation such as Kaizen reports, weekly customer complaint reports, 5-S/Safety internal audit reports, and departmental KPI reports.
Supervise immediate subordinates (QAD Officers) and complete special tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/ Masters in Engineering or in any Science/Technical discipline.
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced and capable candidates.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Packaging Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Must possess comprehensive job knowledge and technical skills to independently handle quality control operations.
Strong communication skills to handle management briefings and coordinate with factory in-charges.
