Job Description / Responsibility

A reputed Metal Can Manufacturing Industry is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and operational performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Procurement, and Warehouse departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Train and develop production personnel to enhance performance and efficiency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
At least 5 years in a managerial position.
Experience in Metal Can Manufacturing Industries (Metal & Plastics) will be given preference.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Sound knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an advantage.
