Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with the Production and Marketing teams to ensure smooth production planning and on-time order delivery.
Monitor production progress and follow up on planning schedules.
Prepare and maintain planning reports using Microsoft Excel & ERP.
Handle professional email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure optimum machine capacity utilization and production efficiency.
Prepare production status reports and support management with planning-related information.
Perform any other planning-related tasks assigned by management.
Job Location: Durlovpur, Charbahar, Post: Sathkhamair, Sreepur, Gazipur-1744, Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Only eligible for Textile Engineering.)
Diploma in Textile Engineering or Relevant Degree.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
Fresher or 2–3 years of experience in the Planning department of a Narrow Fabrics manufacturing company.
Practical experience in planning for:
Needle Elastic
Jacquard Elastic
Crochet Elastic
Drawstring
Other Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good email communication and reporting skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
