Dekko Food Limited, a leading FMCG organization in Bangladesh, is strengthening its people strategy to drive sustainable growth and transformation. We are seeking a high-potential Supply Chain professional to join as Assistant Manager, Store working closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Core Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store and warehouse activities.
Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
Physical stock verification.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely material issuance to production as per approved requisitions.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements

5– 8 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
