Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the overall business operations of the company.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to expand business opportunities.
Generate new business through corporate, government, institutional, and private sector clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Prepare competitive technical and financial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Plan, organize, and supervise events from concept to successful completion.
Oversee large-scale catering operations serving hundreds to several thousand guests while ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams responsible for event planning, logistics, procurement, operations, and customer service.
Ensure flawless execution of events at client sites with strict adherence to quality standards.
Manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize profitability.
Recruit, mentor, motivate, and evaluate operational staff.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
Identify business risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare periodic business performance, sales, and financial reports for management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel management, Marketing, of related discipline.
A master’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Event Management

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Only Male
Experience: 10–12 years in Event Management, Hospitality, Catering, or related industries.
At least 5 years in a senior management position.
Proven experience in organizing corporate, government, institutional, and national-level events.
Demonstrated capability to manage catering operations for 1,000–10,000+ guests.
Strong background in business development, marketing, sales, client relationship management, budgeting, and operational leadership.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
