Job Description / Responsibility

Provide outpatient and inpatient medical services.
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients according to standard clinical guidelines.
Attend emergency and critical patients as required.
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in compliance with BMDC guidelines.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in ward rounds, health awareness activities, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.
Perform shift duties, night duties, and on-call responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
Valid BMDC Registration (Mandatory).

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

(SMO)- at least 5 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital will be preferred.
(MO) 1–3 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital will be preferred.
Fresh graduates with completed internships are also encouraged to apply
