Job Description / Responsibility

IT Operations
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Ensure smooth operation of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, user accounts, and data security.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related documentation.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution.
Perform regular system backup, antivirus updates, and preventive maintenance.
Support ERP, attendance, and other business applications used by the factory.
Barcode Management
Generate and manage product barcodes for ice cream cartons based on production plans.
Ensure barcode accuracy and timely availability for production operations.
Coordinate with the Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams to maintain barcode integrity and traceability.
Troubleshoot barcode printing and scanning issues.
Maintain barcode records and ensure data consistency within the ERP or barcode management system.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily and monthly IT support reports.
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, hardware inventory, and barcode records.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
Diploma in Computer Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
