Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and common application problems.
- Assist in basic network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support the maintenance of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Assist in maintaining CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.
- Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in server monitoring, data backup, and recovery activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update related documentation.
- Record and resolve IT support tickets within the assigned timeline.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Diploma in Computer Engineering may also apply.
Experience Requirements

- Experience Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a garments manufacturing environment will receive preference.
- Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases is an added advantage.
- Additional Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Computer Hardware Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Networking
- Printer, Scanner & Peripheral Device Support
- Microsoft Office 365 / Outlook
- Basic Windows Server and Linux concepts
- CCTV systems and Biometric Attendance Devices (preferred)
- Familiarity with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and IP networking will be an advantage.
- Provide user support for the company's ERP system and other business software applications.
- Basic understanding of IT security and data backup concepts.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and learn new technologies quickly.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good time management skills.
