Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and maintain the company`s LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and business software.
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime of IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data security.
Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and cybersecurity measures are up to date.
Coordinate with software vendors and internet service providers when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend procurement of hardware and software.
Train employees on IT best practices and information security awareness.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Support meeting room audio/video systems and office technology.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Strong knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN).
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.
Good knowledge of PC, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with server administration, data backup, and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
