Job Description / Responsibility
- About MM IT SOFT LTD
- MM IT SOFT LTD is a professional software development company providing customized ERP software, accounting software, inventory management systems, POS solutions, mobile applications, websites, and other business automation services.
- We are looking for confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can communicate professionally with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and introduce suitable software and IT solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company’s software products and IT services clearly.
- Identify clients’ business needs and software requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or software demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Handle client questions and objections professionally.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.

- This is a full-time, office-based position.
- Selected candidates may be required to complete a probationary period according to company policy.
- Employees must maintain the confidentiality of company and client information.
- Employees must maintain accurate lead, call, and follow-up records.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
- Minimum Diploma in CHE or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related subject (Computer Science will be given priority).
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with strong communication skills and relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Automobile, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Experience
- Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Centre, Business Development, will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling software, ERP, POS, websites, mobile applications, or IT services will receive priority.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
