- Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective UK customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate qualified appointments through effective telesales.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records after every customer interaction.
- Follow up with prospects and existing leads.
- Follow company sales scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve business goals.

- Minimum HSC/A Level.

- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or physical sales experience.
- Experience in UK campaign or international sales will be considered an advantage.

- Age below 30 years.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with strong learning ability.
- Punctual, responsible, and target-driven.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Willing to commit to a minimum one-year employment agreement.
