- Job Responsibilities
- Generate new property sales through networking, referrals and prospecting.
- Follow up with company-generated Facebook, digital marketing and website leads.
- Conduct client meetings and property investment consultations.
- Arrange and conduct project site visits.Present project features, investment potential and payment plans.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and homebuyers.
- Negotiate and close high-value property sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Bracken Real Estate professionally at all times.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in real estate sales is strongly preferred.
- Candidates from banking, financial services, insurance, automobiles or luxury sales with a proven sales record are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Smart, confident and professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Driving license and own transport will be an advantage.
