Job Description / Responsibility

Strategically evaluate funding requirements and surplus investment opportunities, providing high-level recommendations to senior management.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance providers, and external accounting partners to support seamless financial operations.
Oversee comprehensive cash and liquidity management to ensure optimal working capital utilization.
Prepare and circulate accurate daily cash and bank balance reports in a timely manner.
Develop and manage daily cash budgets to support proactive payment planning and financial discipline.
Coordinate the end-to-end process of cheque preparation, fund transfers, and online/offline approvals to ensure uninterrupted supplier payments.
Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities across the organization.
Manage loan portfolios with precision, ensuring timely drawdowns and repayments without any delays.
Monitor & ensure accurate documentation for all treasury transactions to guarantee zero audit observations.
Review bank reconciliation statements and ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding items.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and regulatory submissions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery
