Job Description / Responsibility
- A reputed knit garments factory of Mitali Group, located at Ghatail, Tangail, is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager - Admin, HR & Compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the overall Administration, Human Resources and Compliance functions of the factory while ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, buyers' Code of Conduct and company policies.
- Important: Applicants must be willing to reside near the factory. Candidates who are not interested in staying close to the factory are requested not to apply.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR, Admin & Compliance operations.
- Recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee documentation.
- Employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
- Supervise administration, transport, security, canteen and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and buyer requirements.
- Handle BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, SLCP and C-TPAT audits.
- Maintain compliance documents and statutory records.
- Lead the HR/Admin/Compliance team and report to management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- MBA / Master`s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- PGD in HRM or Compliance will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules and industrial relations.
- Sound knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, C-TPAT and other social compliance standards.Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve organizational goals.
- Must be willing to live near the factory premises at Ghatail, Tangail. This is a mandatory requirement.
