- Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a professional advisor to the Senior Management Team of clients, offering guidance on various aspects of the organization`s operations.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization. Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the company as appropriate.
- Ensure online secure storage of client and other relevant parties` information, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Support management by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.
- Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies. Identify the source for hiring
- Maintaining an active and organized data bank of applicants.
- Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected, complete all the documentation.
- Updating and maintaining the HR information system data.
- Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics.
- Assist in providing general administrative support to the organization.
- Assist the Chief Consultant in executing daily official activities
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Technical Knowhow:
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a solid understanding of graphic design software, such as Illustrator, photoshop, and video creation software.
- Communication Skills:
- Proficient in both face-to-face and online communication utilizing tools such as instant messaging, video conferencing, and email management applications.
- Confidence in communicating with senior business leaders.
- Telephone and sales skills are crucial, so prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing would be beneficial.
- Data Crunching:
- Possess strong skills to manage extensive data crunching and analysis.
- Must be capable of researching, analyzing, and reasoning logically within tight and conflicting timeframes.
