Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Ctg Four Brothers Apparels Ltd is a 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing factory. The Organization is going to recruit experienced manpower for their highly expertise professional team. The team member should be highly professional, self-motivated & self-driven, loyal to the company at highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Plan workforce requirements with department heads.
Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain employee records and HRIS.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and final settlements in ERP Software.
Support succession planning and organizational development.
Administration:
Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations.
Manage office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Supervise transport, movement schedule, car maintenance and logistics.
Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
Ensure health, safety, and workplace compliance.
Prepare and monitor administrative budgets.
Coordinate with factory.
Coordinate logistics for business trip, company meeting and corporate events.

Educational Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Professional HR certification will get preferences
Experience 4 to 5 years

4 to 5 years
