Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an energetic, organized, and highly responsible Supervisor to oversee daily internal operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality management across our facility. This role combines the supervision of general facility hygiene, environmental sanitation, and service logistics (including food services and kitchen support coordination). The ideal candidate will bring professional training in hospitality management and proven leadership skills to effectively guide field staff and maintain a seamless, hygienic environment.
- Job Responsibilities
- Operational Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily ground-level operations across guest spaces, functional units, common areas, and food service/kitchen zones.
- Staff Management: Prepare duty rosters, distribute daily tasks, and closely monitor the performance, grooming, and attendance of field workers, attendants, and service staff.
- Hygiene & Quality Control: Implement strict cleanliness, sanitization, and safety protocols across all assigned zones, ensuring adherence to corporate or clinical safety benchmarks.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventories of necessary consumables, cleaning agents, linens, and food service items, ensuring timely tracking and requisition to prevent shortages.
- Equipment & Maintenance Tracking: Supervise the correct handling and maintenance of operational equipment, tools, and storage units, promptly reporting any technical or structural faults to the engineering team.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe handling of waste disposal and strict adherence to strict health and safety standards in both high-traffic public areas and service preparation zones.

- Only Male
- Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Must have a 6 to 12-month professional training course/certification in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service or Hotel Management from a reputed training center or organization.
- Experience & Skills:
- Experience working in a reputed hospital, diagnostic center, corporate office, or luxury hotel will be a strong advantage.
- Sound knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, sanitization tools, and automated floor-cleaning equipment.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards under pressure.
