Indoor Medical Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide comprehensive medical care to indoor patient’s departments.
Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.
Prescribe medications and ensure evidence-based clinical management.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment when required.
Monitor admitted patients regularly and evaluate their clinical progress.
Coordinate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, treatment notes, and documentation.
Prepare discharge summaries, medical reports, referral notes, and other clinical documents.
Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines.
Participate in duty rosters, including shift duties, night duties as assigned.
Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans.
Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and a high standard of patient-centered care.
Participate in Clinical & administrative meetings with management whenever required.

Educational Requirements

MBBS with BMDC Registration.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
