Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage cash flow and perform timely bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Develop and implement effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
CA/CC (Partly Qualified or Completed) will be given preference.
ITP certification will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT, Tax, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Financial Consultants, Building & Construction Materials

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 48 years
Only Male
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in a reputed organization.
