Job Description / Responsibility

Automotive electricians use specialized diagnostic tools (like multimeters and engine scanners) to perform specific tasks:
Fault Diagnosis: Tracing electrical shorts, testing sensors, and reading Electronic Control Unit (ECU) error codes.
System Repair: Fixing faulty ignition systems, alternators, starter motors, and wiring harnesses.
Equipment Installation: Adding car security systems, audio equipment, and auxiliary lighting.
EV & Hybrid Maintenance: Servicing the advanced electrical and high-voltage systems of modern electric vehicles.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Diploma in Automobile

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
