Job Description / Responsibility

Handle all land-related matters before courts, land offices, and other government authorities.
Prepare, file, and follow up on land-related cases, appeals, and legal proceedings.
Liaise with the Assistant Commissioner (Land), Sub-Registrar Offices, Land Record & Survey Offices, and Deputy Commissioner’s Office regarding land matters.
Conduct title verification, land record searches, and due diligence of properties.
Process land mutation, registration, namjari, partition, conversion, and other land-related documentation.
Coordinate with lawyers, surveyors, government officials, and local authorities to resolve land issues.
Attend court hearings and maintain regular follow-up with legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain proper records of all land documents, court cases, and correspondence.
Perform any other legal, land, or administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
Master of Law (LLM) in Law
Enrolled advocate of the District and Sessions Judge Court

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Land Management, Law Firm
