Job Description / Responsibility

We’re Hiring: Executive - Accounts
Richway Garments Ltd. (BGMEA Member) is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage factory accounts, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, VAT & Tax.
Prepare financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor production reports and inventory/store reports.
Handle procurement of yarn, accessories, packaging materials, spare parts, and factory consumables.
Negotiate with suppliers and control purchasing costs.
Coordinate and oversee factory maintenance and arrange technicians/service providers when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a BGMEA member garments/sweater factory.
Strong knowledge of Accounts, Procurement, VAT, Tax, Inventory, and Factory Operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry
