Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
To strengthen our existing team of professionals, LEONE INTERNATIONAL is looking for dynamic and motivated Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical/Electrical). We welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in textile machinery installation and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Install, erect, commission, repair, and maintain fabric dyeing machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of dyeing machinery.
Ensure proper machine operation and minimize equipment downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain service records.
Follow safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from any recognized university/institution.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Experience Requirements
Preferred: 1–2 years of practical experience in a fabric dyeing factory.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at client/project sites across Bangladesh.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
