Job Description / Responsibility
- A Leading Agro-Based Multinational Company is Seeking a National Sales Manager (NSM)
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage nationwide sales operations through Regional Managers, Zonal Managers, and field sales teams.
- Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and business development strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Strengthen and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network across the country.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Drive product positioning, promotional activities, dealer development programs, and farmers' engagement initiatives.
- Monitor credit management and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Develop and implement sales KPIs and performance management systems.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Submit regular business performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Educational Requirements
- M.Sc.; B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management from a reputed university.

- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Agrochemical, Seed, Fertilizer, or Agricultural Input industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role such as Regional Head, AGM Sales, DGM Sales, Head of Sales, or National Sales Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and leading large sales teams nationwide.
- Additional Requirements
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Sound understanding of agrochemical markets, distribution systems, and customer dynamics.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
