Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and deliver the assigned portfolio budget and sales targets.
Achieve portfolio sales target
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
Expand market coverage through vertical and horizontal growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to recommend and develop innovative, competitive, and customer-focused products.
Identify new business opportunities and support the successful launch of new products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, HR, product teams) to support business development initiatives.
Organize promotional events, campaigns, and corporate programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines.
Any other duties and projects assigned by the Management from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Science
Master of Science (MSc) in Agricultural Science

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years
Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
Willing to frequently travel across the country is required.
Can do and get it done attitude.
