Job Description / Responsibility

Strong knowledge and exposure with relevant trainings of child and adolescent development, mental health and psychological assessments, different therapeutic approaches and interventions, dealing couple & family, developing intervention plan for teachers / parents to support children with special ability and also to develop training and awareness programs on mental health arena for different clients’ group (Children, Parents, Teachers & Administrators).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Psychology
Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in school or settings where children, parents and family counseling/psychotherapy or other psychosocial interventions were provided.
Proficiency in conducting individual, group or family counseling/psychotherapy sessions.
Experience in working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to maintain accurate case records and documentation and handle confidential information with integrity.
Willingness to receive clinical supervision and engage in professional development through training/workshop etc.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive approach to diverse populations.
