Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Bangla lessons for secondary school students according to the school curriculum
- Teach Bangla language, grammar, literature, composition, and comprehension effectively
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, class tests, and examination papers
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide support for improvement in reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Encourage students to develop a strong understanding and appreciation of Bangla language and literature
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and interactive classroom environment
- Prepare students for school examinations and other academic assessments
- Keep accurate records of attendance, assessment results, and student progress
- Participate in school meetings, parent communication, training sessions, and academic events as required
- Support co-curricular and literary activities such as debates, recitation, writing competitions, and cultural programs
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Bengali
- Candidates with a Master’s degree in Bangla will be given preference
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 50 years
- Prior teaching experience in a school, especially at the secondary level, will be considered an advantages
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good classroom management ability
- Ability to teach Bangla language, grammar, literature, and writing skills effectively
- Ability to explain lessons in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly way
- Strong lesson planning, assessment, and report writing skills
- Ability to motivate students and improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic educational technology tools
- Teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in English will be considered an advantage
