Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Teach programming, computer applications, information technology, and related subjects to students.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Monitor and assess students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through practical activities and projects.
- Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic and career development in technology-related fields.
- Organize and supervise computer lab activities and ensure proper use of equipment and software.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Computer Science and educational technologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support student success.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 50 years
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good classroom management ability
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic educational technology tools
- Ability to teach using interactive and student-friendly methods
- Basic knowledge of coding/programming concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, exams, and academic reports
- Teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in English will be considered an advantage
