Job Description / Responsibility

Location: Chittagong City.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee full kitchen operations and staff management
Design and execute authentic Thai menus
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Ensure smooth daily service and operational efficiency

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Bachelor/Honors
Diploma/Bachelor`s degree in Hotel & Hospitality

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Only Male
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Training Institutes, Engineering Firms, Consulting
Firms, Restaurant, Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Real Estate
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a reputable foreign Thai restaurant
Proven experience as an Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine and techniques
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a full kitchen team.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
