Job Description / Responsibility

Greenland Training Center Ltd. is looking for a skilled Barista Trainer / Assistant Chef Trainer to support our Chef Trainer in delivering professional hospitality and culinary training. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation and the ability to train aspiring baristas.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef Trainer in conducting culinary and hospitality training.
Deliver professional barista training, including espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation.
Develop barista training materials, practical exercises, and assessment guidelines.
Maintain coffee equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Train students on café operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Support practical classes and evaluate trainee performance.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Professional certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Training.
Diploma or professional certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Training.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food Shop, Restaurant, Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Male
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience as a Barista or Barista Trainer.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, café operations, and customer service.
Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Chef Trainer and training team.
