Sales Manager/AGM - Renewable Energy / Solar Projects

Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the renewable energy and industrial sectors.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into profitable business.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and government organizations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and project closures.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/Mechanical
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Power
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 36 years
- Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: Solar Project Sales/Renewable Energy, Solar EPC Lift/Elevator, Generator.
- Understanding of industrial and project sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project development.

- Experience handling large-value projects and tenders.
